William Moreton, age 63, first became one of our directors in December 2022. Mr. Moreton served in a variety of leadership positions in the restaurant industry, including, most recently, as a board member of CAVA Group from 2019 to 2021, and as a senior advisor to Act III Holdings from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, Mr. Moreton served as a Chairman of the Board of Service King from 2016 to 2017 and a board member of Panera Bread Co. from 2010 to 2017. Mr. Moreton also served as CEO and President of Panera Bread Co. from 2010 to 2012 and co-CEO from 2012 to 2013. He served as the Executive Vice-Chairman of Panera Bread Co. from 2013 to 2017.
